CASA DEL SOL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR GENERAL USAGE
PLEASE POST IN UNIT IN A PROMINENT PLACE!

1. We are a family oriented condominium community. We expect good manners and common sense to be a guiding principal during your stay here. Obnoxious, disorderly and drunken behavior will not be tolerated, including swearing and obscene language.

2. Carports, balconies, and decks are to be kept neat and clean and not to be used for storage purposes, including hanging clothing or towels over the railings and the storing of beer kegs, trash cans, etc.

3. Each unit is allowed two parking spaces. One in the unit’s carport and one in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.

4. Boat trailers, campers, commercial vehicles, and trucks larger than pick-ups are not permitted to park on the property between Memorial Day and Labor Day. These vehicles can be parked at the Municipal Parking lot located on 100th Street for a fee.

5. Motorcycles, mopeds, motorbikes, scooters, and bicycles may be parked with a board
under the kickstand.

6. Ocean City Fire Code states the following:
“The use of charcoal burning, other fuel burning or electrical cooking equipment outside of any multifamily dwelling shall be prohibited unless such cooking equipment is at least 20 feet from every part of the building.”

7. The Ocean City Town ordinance restricts noise between the hours of 11:00 pm and 9:00 am. If excessive noise occurs between the above hours, please call the police department at 410 723-6600 and specify the unit involved.

8. Pet owners are required to follow Maryland State laws regarding leashing and curbing. Prior permission from the homeowner to have a pet is required for renters and tenants.

9. Please do not litter or throw trash into the canal!!

10. PLEASE NOTE: Children should be attended by an adult at all times; diving into the canal is a violation; and respect for our neighbors and their possessions is expected at all times.

UNIT OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND GUESTS.
BREAKING ANY OF THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN FINES TO THE OWNER STARTING AT $250.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE
