Architectural Notes

• Street Side Decks: Requests to add a new street side deck will not be approved. Also, any prior approvals are rescinded due to the Engineer and Contractor evaluation of structural problems.
  
• Screen Door Color Guidelines: Street side, first floor screen doors are to be "dark brown" or "white".
  
• Front Door Color Guidelines: The "special color paint" is available at ACE Hardware, 6807 Coastal Hwy, Ocean City. It is on file in the paint department under "Casa Del Sol Door and Trim".
  
• Deck Stain and Sealer: Brand is TWP, color Cedartone.
